2. Put Returns Form and original Packing List inside original package with item/s to be returned
3. Secure package properly against damage
4. Send package back to WWM's closest facility (NJ, TX, CA, FL)

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by World Wide Metric within 60 days of ship date for refund**. Items should be returned in the original packaging with the original Packing Slip and the completed Returns Form. The cost for the return shipping is your responsibility unless the return is a result of our error.
**All returns are subject to inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns of the following items:

• Items that we receive after 60 days of original ship date
• Items that we customized or Items that we special ordered
